Building Block Events are our way of joining together with our neighbors throughout Butler County to give back in a way that will build a solid foundation for the future. Each event is tailored to one of the building blocks for a good life: Health, Income Stability/Basic Needs, or Education.
Butler County United Way is partnering with Community First Solutions volunteers who will be visiting with the residents of Berkeley Square, enjoying hot chocolate and conversations while helping the elderly create "Happy Spring" cards to give to the Boys and Girls Club of Hamilton.
We are seeking volunteers to join in this event of brightening up the lives of the elderly by spending a few hours with them. It is sure to be a fun time and meaningful to all those involved.
