Join the Wilks Institute for Leadership and Service in collecting hygiene items and toiletries for the Talawanda Oxford Pantry and Social Services (TOPSS). Items must be unopened and unused- both travel and full size items are welcomed. All items collected will be added to hygiene kits for those in need in the Oxford Community.
