The hydraulic canal in Hamilton is bordered by the bikepath, a bird Sanctuary, and a neighborhood. We will tackle the trash collecting along the banks and tree line of the canal. We will split into smaller groups and head along both banks of the canal - Campbell Ave and along the bike trail.
If you have a canoe/kayak that you would like to use to collect trash from within the canal, please contact Lynn ASAP.
Who: Any age
We will provide: Grabbers, gloves, bags, and tshirts.
You might want to bring: bug spray and sun protection.
