Choose the role that’s right for you:
- Small Group Leader: Lead a small group of children through pre-planned activities, keeping them safe, engaged, and on schedule while working with Small Group Helpers.
- Small Group Helper: Assist your Small Group Leader with safety, engagement, and transitions.
- 1:1 Buddy: Provide individualized attention to a child with more complex needs.
- Sidekick: Support a child with additional needs within a small-group setting.
- Room Host: Lead children and volunteers through pre-planned activities and crafts in your assigned room.
- Event Support Team: Help with check-in, operations, preparation, and creating a welcoming experience for families. Interested in joining this leadership team? Contact Allie, our Volunteer Coordinator.
- Zone Leader: Lead and encourage volunteers, support transitions, and help the event run smoothly. Zone Leaders are part of the Pause Impact Team. Contact Allie to learn more!
