We are returning to this organic blackberry farm east of Hamilton and Fairfield to glean blackberries for another year!
Gleaning involves harvesting food that will not go to market, but is still good food. We then get it distributed right away to a local hunger relief recipient organization.
The work will happen in a grassy field with a gentle slope, walking between the rows of blackberries to pick and put in your bucket. The bucket won't get heavier than 5 lbs.
Registered volunteers will receive specific instructions about where to meet at the farm
