We've harvested the garlic and it's cured. Now is the time to clean it so it looks more like the stuff you see in the market. We will then distribute it within Butler County.
This event will mainly involve clipping off the garlic stems and rubbing off the outer husks to reveal a nice bulb for consumption. Participants are invited to bring a chair to be able to sit and do this activity.
